Transactional Coordinator Role and Responsibilities:
- Perform Setup role on file – Take borrower application
- Request title fees, collect and order appraisal
Generate loan disclosures & documents after confirming details - Assist with finding the most suitable lender based on borrower’s criteria
- Record each interaction between client in the customer relations management software
- Coordinate with borrower to collect all the required documents
- Audit items received and submit them to underwriting
- Formulate solutions which may arise to ensure timely closing of loans
- Collect and process loan servicing documents
- Send out weekly Loan Status Updates
