As a Real Estate Assistant, I help with growing your business by increasing your conversion rate. My responsibilities will include constant communication with your clients (borrowers),  collect documentation such as the loan application form, the entity documents and copies of the borrowers personal information, order title and appraisal and accurately estimate closing fees in a timely manner.

With over three years experience working as a transaction Coordinator, I will be able to transform your business by reducing the processing time in addition to increasing the number of deals that are closed on a monthly basis using customer relations management tools designed for the real estate industry.  When hiring a transaction coordinator, it is essential that you work with someone who is experienced and knowledgeable of all the ethical rules and regulatory guidelines. 

Transactional Coordinator Role and Responsibilities:

  • Perform Setup role on file – Take borrower application
  • Request title fees, collect and order appraisal
    Generate loan disclosures & documents after confirming details
  • Assist with finding the most suitable lender based on borrower’s criteria
  • Record each interaction between client in the customer relations management software
  • Coordinate with borrower to collect all the required documents
  • Audit items received and submit them to underwriting
  • Formulate solutions which may arise to ensure timely closing of loans
  • Collect and process loan servicing documents
  • Send out weekly Loan Status Updates
